Privacy Policy

FlashSend ("we", "us", "our") helps creators and small teams manage conversations across multiple fan pages. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use the FlashSend website, dashboard and connected channel integrations (together, the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using the Service you agree to the practices described here. If you don't, please don't use the Service.

Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address and authentication credentials (or the identifier returned by a third party sign-in provider).

Workspace content. When you connect a fan page we receive messages, comments, contact profiles, tags and metadata associated with that page from the underlying platform (Meta, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) on your instruction.

Usage data. Pages viewed, features used, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device information, and diagnostic logs.

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Deliver core features — including AI-generated reply suggestions and analytics — on the workspace data you connect.
• Send you transactional emails (receipts, security alerts).
• Investigate abuse, fraud, or breaches of our Terms.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your data or use the contents of your conversations to train shared third-party AI models.

We share information only with: (i) sub-processors that help us run the Service (hosting, email, error monitoring), bound by data processing agreements; (ii) the channel platforms you choose to connect, strictly to deliver messages on your behalf; and (iii) if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Workspace content (conversations, contacts) is retained until you delete it or close your workspace. After deletion, backups are purged on a rolling 30-day cycle.

Depending on where you live, you have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

You can exercise these rights directly inside the dashboard (Settings → Data) or by emailing privacy@chatpilot.app.

We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep you signed in and to remember UI preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Aggregated, anonymous analytics are used to understand which features are useful.

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Workspace content at rest is encrypted with industry-standard ciphers. Access to production systems is limited to staff who need it and is logged. No system is perfectly secure — please contact us promptly if you suspect a compromise of your account.

FlashSend is not directed to people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We are based in the European Union and process most data within the EEA. Where data is transferred outside the EEA (for example, to a sub-processor based in the US), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
